Can it get more lowcountry than this? Spanish moss, ceremony by the river, the oh-gosh-it's-going-to-rain-wait-no-it's-not? That's Charleston for ya.
I got the privilege to photograph L+M's welcome party as well as their wedding day so by the end of the weekend, I felt like a close friend. I think that's a testament to how well Lizzy and Michael love. Not just one another, but everyone around them.
Fun fact: I lived in the neighborhood across the street from this venue for almost a decade! I didn't shoot here until AFTER I moved away to North Carolina. It was special "coming home" so to speak, for this wedding.
